I have received 2 letters and claim forms from RBS relating to my late father's estate repayment of PPI claim on two policies. My dad did try to reclaim PPI through a PPI claim company and I acted on his behalf at the time from a different address. I have been sent forms to complete and on Che king address etc it seems to be legitimate although I'm concerned about some of the tick box agreements i.e to repay the bank cost of reasonable losses, costs and other expenses/costs incurred by the bank as a result of the bank releasing payment. Needless to say I'm concerned that this may be a scam although on phoning it did appear legitimate ?2

I rang them in December, they said they would reply within 28 days which they did with another letter to say they were still making enquiries.0

Well either wait or chase them again, letters go missing sometimes, it's possible they have replied already0
