"no longer absolutely nothing to do with them at all" is the opposite of "it is nothing to do with them".

Both statements come to the same result, they now have nothing to do with it.

For example:
1/ I have no problems with buying a car at an auction
2/ I don't have no problems with buying a car at an auction.
The result is the opposite of each other.
Yes, we will usually know what is intended by the context around the erroneous statement. It is, however quite a statement as to how bad written and spoken English has become.5 -

Garage will offer no assistance with the OP's issue, even if it was £2,500 for a new gearbox - they will have a job to prove that the fault was there at the time of purchase. If we knew what the issue was then maybe the folk on here will help.0 -

i bought a car from CarBase ten months ago, which came with a three month warranty only. We bought the car for 6.5K in cash and have just been presented with a 2.5K garage bill. Do we have any standing?

But to replace it with one that totally reverses the context of the sentence takes some "genius"0 -
Unnecessary pedantry. Thats what this forum does best.1

Yet it’s fine to make a post criticising someone for being pedantic ( being 100% correct)
Slightly ironic don’t you think0 -
