The childcare element is just part of your maximum UC entitlement for the month. If the earnings deduction is more than the maximum amount then nothing is payable.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.0

Turns out they were right and notice pay is taken as earnings and were not entitled to a penny. No idea how we magically finding the £500 childcare for my sons nursery and its only my second week of my job next week nightmare. They did say that its only this months it will effect!0
