Ukrainian International Airlines lack of refund for cancelled flights

Hi,
Being as they're based in Ukraine and their call centres are closed I am not sure where to complain to about this.
We had previously rearranged flights for May which were dealt with in a matter of days. However the last cancellations for flights at the  end of August I requested a refund in August as soon as we were told. They say 5-90 days for a response but they don't even confirm they've had your request.
Any thoughts on who to contact to sort?

The only people who can sort this out are at the airline themselves. You are at their mercy. The fact they are quoting up to 90 days speaks for itself. There'll be a backlog.

Credit card. This was back in March though. I guess I'll just have to wait until 90 days are up.
