Pure planet login problems

I have switched to PurePlanet and they are asking for a meter reading. To log into my account I have to verify my email account using a link they send but I keep getting an error message saying I need to use the latest mail they have sent, which I am.
There is no contact telephone number, so I’m at a loss what to do next. It says if I’m using a Virtual Private Network I should turn it off, but how do I find out if I am ?
