Paying money back onto another credit card from a refund on another credit card?

Due to Covid-19 we had to cancel our flights to Australia which we so we ended up with in credit on the original credit card we had paid for the flights on.  My problem is that we had transferred that balance onto another credit card which had a 0% interest deal, but we now need to pop that refunded money from the original credit card onto the other credit card.  What is the best way to do this please - I presume I cannot do it without having to pay a fee? Thanks

If you have a card that's in credit, contact the provider and ask them for a credit balance refund, which they should be prepared to do without charge, transferring the funds to a bank account, from where you can do what you like with it.
