Was never going to be refunds in 14 days given the backlog was around 1,250,000 claims at one point. These aren't usual times.

But are you entitled to a refund under their Ts & Cs and/or the relevant regulations?

I suspect its disinclination to travel at some point in the next few months, rather than one of the holidays lost between March and now.
