Fuel card benefit in kind

in Cutting tax
My job comes with a company car and fuel card, both of which are classed as a benefit in kind. The fuel card equates to over 7k B.I.K on my P11D and I used to do a lot of driving so it seemed about right, but with the Covid 19 Situation I have only driven to work twice since the end of March and my personal usage has also drastically reduced. Is there a way to claim any tax back on this, as I am barely using the fuel card at all?

Presumably the benefit in kind for the fuel card is based on actual usage? If so, there is no refund, but your benefit in kind for 2020/21 will be substantially less.0

Fuel benefit is a straight multiplier of the fuel charge, depending on co2 emissions of the vehicle.
In other words, unless the fuel card has been withdrawn and is not available for you to use, you'll pay the same bik whether you use it or not.You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
If you have a fuel card PLUS a company car, the BIK for the fuel card is a multiplier of the company car BIK. This is as unholyangel said.
If you have a fuel card BUT NO company car, the BIK for the fuel card us proportional to the amount of fuel used. This is as Jeremy said.
In both cases, the tax liability can be reduced if personal fuel is repaid by the employee. It does not sound as though this is the case for the OP.0
