Us one local to you so you can meet in person so if things get slow you can go to the office..online conveyance houses aren't good at solving complex problems and invariably there will be times when things get complicated.
Ask people on your local FB groups for recommendations and read up on the process0 -
Another advantage of using one local to you is you can hand deliver any documents that need to be hard copy, like mortgage and transfer deeds, and ID checks can go much more smoothly if you do them in person.0
