Euramax-Direct UPVC Sliding Patio Door

Hello
I am trying to source a new sliding patio door for a garden office I am building.  Notice that Wickes sell Euramax products and then googled to find Euramax-direct website.  The price their website quotes is pretty reasonable (and they they are offering a 10% discount code on top.  One ting that makes me uncomfortable is the website header stating  that due to Covid 19 they cannot make any guarantee any delivery date.
So then I look at Trustpilot and it is 1 STAR reviews all the way (some 0 star if they could).Can you trust Trustpilot?  Does anyone have any experiences of trading with Euramax?
