Money refunded by airline but not returned by travel agent

I got my money back from Gotogate by disputing transaction with my credit card. It took 5 weeks to get money back and I wasn't even contacted after submitting initial documents. I still get emails from GTG telling me that they are waiting for refund from airline. That's been going on since April, flight was cancelled in March. I don't know if airline refunded GTG, as I didn't bother calling them.

Litigation is not a realistic prospect against a company operating in Sweden, the European Small Claims procedure will come to an end when we leave the EU anyway, and Gotogate will just ignore it anyway. Make a claim against the card you used to pay for the flights on the basis of a breach of contract by the company by failing to refund money returned by the airline to the agent on your behalf0
