Self employed minimum income floor

Hi there can anyone shed a bit of light on how long the government intend on not applying the minimum income floor to self employed people claiming universal credits.

    It will depend on when they believe coronavirus should no longer have an impact.

    Hi there can anyone shed a bit of light on how long the government intend on not applying the minimum income floor to self employed people claiming universal credits.
    The relevant legislation giving the SoS the power to suspend the MIF sets an end date of 13th November. The relevant regulations are in the Social Security (Coronavirus) (Further Measures) Regulations 2020, regulation 2 and 10.

    Of course the government can lay further Regulations if they choose to.
