Should I include the blue badge permitBut I already answered that, above your post - OF COURSE!Coupon-mad said:Why are you not planning to tell them that an occupant of the car was disabled and append the Blue Badge (redact the photo and reference)? Now is the time to say this, pre-court, so that you can later add to it in defence if they proceed. There is no such thing as 'registered disabled' and hasn't been since the 1970s or so.
Remove that word.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

WillowTheWhisper said:Thanks both. I emailed Liz Truss who unhelpfully referred me to POPLA! I will send the emails off to the DVLA as I hadn't thought of that. I assumed NTC were BPA members as they show the logo on their sign and I have emailed BW Legal telling them I am seeking debt advice. I have just received an email back saying my case is on hold.
Shall I edit my earlier email or is it good to go?
For BPA members it is this one.
For IPC members it is this one as shown in the bottom left of the yellow sign.
I believe this is explained in the NEWBIES, but some scammers sometimes jump ship from the BPA to the IPC, so it is always best to check the two old boys club AoS lists before proceeding.

@Fruitcake AhI see! I saw the BPA on the bottom of the sign and put 2 and 2 together - coming up with 5!
