Moneybox - Lifetime ISA withdrawal

Currently in the process of buying our first home (so stressful!) and we have used the moneybox LISA to save our deposit.
Now looking to withdraw this money but wandering how long the process actually takes and if anyone has had experience using this recently. Don't know whether I should get the ball rolling now whilst waiting for Barclays to send our mortgage offer or just hold off until we have that through.
Any advice would be appreciated!
Thanks

Don't know if there is any harm in starting process earlier? Funds get paid to your solicitor anyway.
