Ryanair advice re FCO travel advice

Flight booked with Ryanair to Portugal 28/9/20 return 8/10/20, FCO currently advising against all but essential travel, likely to be still the same on outbound flight date.
Checked with insurance company FCO travel advice excluded from policy so no cover whilst away and no pay out for cancellation
Won't be travelling as don't want to travel uninsured, Ryanair want fees of £200 to change flight, asked and they won't wave these fees
Insurance bought and flight booked in February.
First thought was cancel bags/speedy boarding/seat to reduce the loss but there doe not seem to be an option for this
What are my options to minimise the loss on this please?

Sounds like you have already looked into everything already. Of course you could try to sell ther flights on but a) you would have to pay for the name change, and b) I cant imagine demand is that high.1

Unfortunately there's not much you can do - they're under no obligation to cancel any of the extras you have booked either.
With things the way they are, they don't need to waive any fees etc. If you choose not to travel then it's an insurance job (if your cover is sufficient).
Sorry it's not better news; it's a common theme recently.1
