Hi having problems like many trying to get an egg chair ordered in July.  Excuse after excuse but no delivery as stated.  Has anyone else on here had this problem and claimed their money back either directly from Briq or via their credit card?  How did you get on?

If they've breached the contract you can go to your credit card.  But check the terms of your order first.

Non receipt chargeback either from date they said it would be delivered or 15 days after debit.
