It's a scam - I got the same thing today, supposedly from HM Courts & Tribunal Services. The alleged offence took place in "United Kingdom" LOL ! The sender's email address is <payment-penalty-hm@profitstudiochicago.com>, obviously a genuine UK government address :-)Quite apart from anything else, any genuine FPN will always be sent out by good old-fashioned letter.
