Flexible Furlough

Hi all,
If my contract changes from 38 to 15 hours due to my company cutting staff levels will flexible furlough apply to the rest of my average hours?
Any help will be appreciated.

Are you saying that your normal hours are 38?
Then you did zero hours (furlough)?
Now you will go back for 15 hours/week?
If that is the case, then the balance could be covered by flexible furlough.  What has your employer said?
  • Before lockdown and since June 15th I had and worked a 38 hour contract. Now the company want to cut it to a 15 hour contract, the manager said she doesn't know and is unwilling to find out.
  • If you agree to a 15 hour contract you won't be furloughed for the rest. Have they said what the plan is if you reject the change? If they are having to cut hours it may be redundancy.
