If I were to raise a complaint against the mortgage broker to the company that they work with, at what time should I raise the complaint?

I've now received the offer but I am extremely disappointed with the broker / company.
    1. Since the initial delay described, I contacted the broker 2 times by phone and 2 times via email for an update on next steps - there was no call back or a response to the email.
    2. The lender had requested the contact information of the solicitor to make the offer - broker sent it out after 4 working days. After that, I directly dealt with further information requests from Lender by constant follow ups.
    3. Since my last email to the broker on 11th Sept, there is no contact made by the broker with any updates / issue of offer / steps after the offer etc.

I wanted to give the company an opportunity to explain why they have behaved like this by raising a complaint. Alternatively, I am going to write a review so that people don't fall into the trap of working with this individual / company.
Hi! How was the switch to a new broker/company? In a similar situation and no idea if I should just let them know I'm going with someone else or what...! No reply to me emails, either, curiously...

Yes! If you are changing brokers you should most definitely let them know, especially if you have an application in the pipeline. They need to do the necessary bits at their end to close it so you can start afresh. You can't transfer a live application from one broking firm to another afaik. It's in your interest that the old broker take some action, so if get in touch the broker individual or their office.
