Reclaiming childcare fees

Hello
Could you give me a little advice.
We should be owed some money from our nursery for childcare fees. Basically we dropped to two days a week in March and it ended in July, but we kept the Vouchers going because we didnt know how long Covid would last. Anyway, the nursery are being difficult. not responding to emails and putting us off when we call. Do you know where we cold take it to escalate it?
