Travel insurance for UK trip - just in case of a local lockdown? Struggling to find if it's possible

Good morning all,
We've booked a short break at a caravan park, only £250 ish for a few weeks time. The provider will allow us to re-book if any of us are required to self-isolate but their cancellation insurance doesn't cover anything else covid-related, and was not appropriate for us.
Wales' lockdown rules differed from England for quite some time - we were only allowed to travel 5 miles for several weeks. And Caerphilly is currently on lockdown with travel forbidden into or out of the borough. If something similar were to happen locally or nationally, we would not be allowed to travel to the holiday accommodation, even if the park was open for business in England.
It's not a huge amount of money in the holiday world but quite a lot to us. I wondered if there is any insurance that would cover the cost - specifically if the holiday park is open but we are not allowed to travel to it. I've looked at a few quotes but they seem to focus on our medical history for repatriation costs. We do not require medical insurance, but simply something that would reimburse us if Covid stops travel.
Does anyone know of a provider that offers this for such a 'small' booking?
Thanks!

Sorry can't answer the insurance query but....
I can understand exactly what you are saying I said much the same to my friend who wanted me to visit and go out for a meal in October for her birthday ( am in Wales too) in Wales we came out of lockdown a few weeks later so maybe it gives us a few more weeks le way . Regarding Caerphilly lockdown and the Newport stats I think the situation seems to be around parts of south. Plus they seem to have an idea of where these outbreaks began. There was quite a cluster in Wrexham area in late July 300 positive test from one factory and it led to 60 -70 cases in the hospital - they did not close the town, again they had an idea of the out break( food factory) and being just a few miles from border there was no talk of lockdown of the town or border. Hope your area is not too bad and you manage to get away, I think that possible the powers that be have reason why they felt Caerphilly needed this -

Doubt it to be honest. If you did actually find any insurance cover the premium would probably be more than you are paying for the holiday! What else do you actually need other than to rebook if it comes to it and if that is what is being offered?

Thanks both. I haven’t been able to find anything so it’s just a case of crossing our fingers I think.
Rhondda has just gone into lockdown but we are a fair distance away from that area (rural mid Wales). I will not be able to now attend an event there which is a shame though.
Should we not be able to travel to England, we would be very happy to re-book for another time. I’m just not sure that would be allowed from the T&Cs, as the park and accommodation would be open and available. It would be a blow should we not have the option and lose the money without the benefit of a holiday. I suspect we’re not the only ones in this situation so we’ll keep hoping!0 -
