Sloping Floor in a New Build Flat

Hi all,
Looking for some advice on this, I have a slope in my hall floor of a new build flat that is in the process of being fixed. However, i feel the work is swapping 1 major slope for multiple small ones around the home. The slope was not present when i bought the house and became more prominent as the building settled.
Is there any way i can check that the work being carried out to fix it is being done so correctly? There have been multiple conversations with the builder that haven't filled me with confidence so wanting to double check what support is available. Home warranty is with Advantage.
If you need anymore info please let me know.
Cheers

I've not heard of a floor sloping as a building settles especially one that's noticeable (how bad is this slope) normally you get cracks in the walls and ceilings but they are normally minor
I'm concerned you might have subsidence personally I would be asking for a structural engineers report to check the overall condition of your flat2 -
Have you discussed with other owners in the development? The collective voice is a more powerful one and housing developers are known to play divide and rule.No man is worth crawling on this earth.
So much to read, so little time.0 -
Slope was out by 20mm.
I'm second floor of 3 and my neighbors haven't noticed the same issue. Been told it's not structural as there are no cracks/movement above the doors?
Thanks for your replies x0 -
The distance was maybe about 1 to 2 meters so not within tolorance. But everytime I ask the builder/developer about tolorances I'm not given a clear answer0

When was it built and does it have NHBC warranty? NHBC tolerances are stated very clearly.0

Was built end of last year. Warranty is with Advantage instead of nhbc. Emailed advantage but still waiting to hear back.
Works to fix it are in progress but I feel we are swapping one big slope for smaller gradual ones in different areas of the hall
