Starling Bank Euro Account for Spain

Options
I shall be working in Spain for approximately 9 months soon. I have opened up a Starling Bank account plus a Starling Euro account
Will my employer be able to pay me in Euros into my account or should I still open a "traditional" Spanish bank account? Iwould prefer not to as it seems overly complicated with visits to police station to verify documents etc.
Any comments appreciated

Yes, they can pay you into your Euro account. Just give them the IBAN.

If, for any reason, they will balk (caused by the nonsense that is Brexit), you can open a Transferwise account online. They have an IBAN in the EU (starting with BE). However, they have no FSCS protection so you should not leave any funds in there for longer than absolutely necessary.
