RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to Green Flag radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 14th September to 20th September on the Heart Network (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:
3.   To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.heart.co.uk to register their details and answer a multiple-choice question.
4.   Online entry will open at 00:01 on 14th September and close at 23:59 on 20th September
5.   From all correct and eligible entrants, one entrant will be randomly selected and awarded their prize by Global radio by telephone and/or email within seven days of the closing date, and will be given details of how to accept their prize.

Eligibility:
6. Entrants must be aged 18 and over
7. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

12.   This prize will be fulfilled by the prize agency The NDL Group.
13.   Prize is subject to availability at the discretion of NDL Travel and excludes the Christmas holiday period, Valentine’s day/weekend, Easter weekend and all other bank holiday weekends in the UK.
14.   Your prize includes a petrol allowance so you can travel to the prize location. The allowance covers a round trip of a maximum 450 miles. If you live further than this from the prize location, the petrol allowance of will be provided to you as a contribution towards your travel expenses.
15.   Winners can choose from the PIG hotel locations in Hampshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon and Kent.
16.   You will be staying in a boutique hotel, sharing a double comfy room with en-suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.
17.   Spa treatment is for one person only. Spa treatments are subject to change and availability at the time of booking. Some treatments may not be suitable for people with certain medical conditions and will be substituted for a safe alternative should this be the case.
18.   All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
19.   Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
