Hi
The model is a Samsung J3.
The battery lasting 3 hours is without wifi, and without data, and NO apps running!
This has only just started to be a problem. On idol without wifi or data, the battery used to last 3 days.
I clicked Chrome the other day and it asked if I wanted what seemed to be a watered down version of the browser???
(I can't remember the wording, but I got the impression that it was to save power). I clicked NO, as I needed to view videos.
And now ...no internet !
Anyone know what this is please? I can't afford a new phone.
Thank you

Open settings on the phone , go to apps , click on Chrome , click on clear data at the bottom , click on clear defaults ,Ex forum ambassador

Otherwise I suspect a reset of the phone is needed.
Again go to settings and it's in thereEx forum ambassador

Success!
Thanks a lot.

Now I can get £30 off my hotel by using booking-com app instead of laptop!

(Didn't need to reset. Cleared cache from Storage, then did each app individually. Also deleted all apps I don't need).Look at it this way... In a hundred years who's gonna care?-1
