Bank with holding funds

Options
Hi. My bank are holding £92500 of my money without reason. This has gone on since january 2020. I have asked repeatedly why this is happening and got a letter saying there is an issue and technical problem and offered me 16k in compensation 6 months ago but still got nothing. Because of their technical fault i received a ccj (which caused me to lose my job as a self employed financial services adviser) and also caused me to lose my reputation in the industry. I lost my home and basically this bank ruined my life. I complained and submitted to ombudsman but its so slow. Should i instruct my own solicitor? What should i do? As i started as self employed financial adviser in august 2019 my income was flagged as suspicious in bank`s system, because of the problem with the account, any payment over 1k gets held. Any idea what should i do? I also got paid redundancy money from my last employer and that got held by the bank as well. And i got a letter from the banks ceo apologising and offering large compensation but after 6/7 months, still nothing.
Thanks in advance
K

Dear me, this one is definitely the top trumps card.
It's too much though.  A good troll has to be at least somewhat plausible.
  • Totally agree LOL
  • A financial adviser  whose own finances are in a complete mess  ?

    Let me guess?

OP got paid commission into a personal bank account!

If I was OP, I would get some financial advice!
  • How are you going to pay for a solicitor?
  • I would get another job as a story teller as this one is just rubbish.
  • SunshineK had a sneaky look at 9.50 pm - no response though.
