Online appeal form - Secure Parking Solutions Ltd

Hi all. Following the sticky, I've reached day 26 and am trying to send an appeal to the ppc.
Their online appeal form has a dropdown (compulsory) with various reasons for appealing - but all pretty much call for admitting that you're the driver e.g. "I bought a valid ticket" or "I didn't park there" (simplified, but you get my drift!) There is no "other" option.
I've tried direct email and the automated response says "Please Note: IF YOU ARE MAKING AN APPEAL, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE FROM THIS EMAIL. PLEASE APPEAL VIA DETAILS PROVIDED ON THE PCN." (Yes, in caps!)
So am I to resort to snail mail?
Any suggestions please?!

    What does 'pretty much' mean?

If you need help in choosing the right option, then please show us a screenshot on the choices page, or post verbatim all of the choices.

It's irrelevant whether or not they 'seem to apply', you work with any that do not identify the driver. Choose any one from at least four!

Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP., it can cause the scammer extra costs, and in some cases, cancellation.

Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up later this year,

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these companies, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.

Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Quick update - it's now day 59 and it would appear that the ppc have forgotten to send a NTK. 😁  Oh dear, should I remind them? (Joke!)

I'm sure I've said it before, but those that contributed to the sticky and advice in general - you rock!!😘

As they are IPC AOS members, they won't care, they'll carry on pursuing anyone they can, including the registered keeper, even if they do not meet PoFA requirements. You'll need a Judge to lay this to rest - if it gets that far. Bone up on PoFA.

You're mistaken - this particular company is not an IPC AOS member, they're (or were at the time) BPA members.

So, just to clarify, I should now make a POPLA appeal?
