Reading through the last set of accounts filed by Civil Enforcement Ltd (Company number 05645677) for the year ended 31st March 2019, I spotted at note 2 that they state that the average monthly number of employees, (including directors), for the year was only 1.
Since they have only one Director that means they have no employees; and any Witness claiming to be "employed" by CEL should be challenged. .

I expect they'll be hidden somewhere in the smoke and mirrors myriad of shell companies they seem to hide behind.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
