Rota Disconnection Code

I have just received my latest People's Energy bill.  No problem with the charges etc as I give my meter readings on the 13th of the month as per their request.  But they have changed the format of the bill & there is now a new line on both the gas & electricty parts of the bill which says -

Rota Disconnection Code:L

Does anyone know what this means?

Not much different to when I was working for an electricity board rota disconnecting consumers during the Miners strike

Thanks.  I am hoping that the "L" in the code will help us plan for when we are going to be plunged into darkness & not just the companies.
