Maximum limit of repairs???

We purchased some bi fold doors with integrated blinds 2 and a half years ago. We have had so many different problems with them including battery packs not working, pressure in glass not right, blinds coming down at the wrong angle etc. Everytime we have an issue they come out and try and fix it but 2 and a half years on we are still having issues. What can we do? Removing the doors at this stage would involve us taking up part of the patio and tiled floor. Can we take them to small claims court when they are still trying to rectify the issue. Everytime they come we have to take time off work. Any advice would be great fully received?

What do you want as a resolution? Refund, new doors?

A lot will depend on what resolution you want. The suggestion of court suggests you want cash. At this point they appear to be attempting a meaningful resolution and are attempting repairs. You cannot, therefore, launch a claim whilst there is a genuine attempt at resolution. Court should always be a last resort.0

You have the option now to exercise your Final Right To Reject per the Consumer Rights Act 2015, as the supplier has had (more than) their single opportunity to make the goods conform to contract. Whether you'd get all of your money back is another matter as you've had the goods for 2.5 years. (If you get a refund then the supplier has the legal right to recover the goods).0

I ideally want a product that works but after 2.5 years of repairs we have lost faith in the product. We would accept a refund but would they actually recover the product and who would be liable for the tiles and patio stones0

They'd be entitled to recover the doors because if they refund you, the doors belong to them. Whether they would or not is anyone's guess.
