Afternoon all
Late one from me we have been shopping to get DH lunches for the week and a coffee at the garden centre
Planning on a relaxing afternoon in the garden knitting as work is still manic so wants peaceful day before the mayhem this week and I'm covering a friend as well
DGD birthday tomorrow DD left it late to tell us what she wanted which was a wrestling figure for WWE !!!! Managed to order on Am**** for delivery today
DH doing a BBQ this afternoon so no cooking for me

Afternoon all.

A Lovely warm sunny day again today and a few days of more heat wave promised for next week.  Sorry Gers.  You can stick pins in your bit of seaweed if you like.

Went to church this morning.  As we are not allowed to sing, it was decided that we would have recorded hymns instead.  All went well until the CD player went wrong and there was a short hiatus while the chap wrangling the thing ran home to get a replacement player.  I don't recall this happening in Westminster Abbey.
I also find that I have been volunteered to organise the service in three weeks time.  I will be threatening my CD player with a fate worse than the tip if it lets me down.

THOUGHT FOR SUNDAY 

You don't have to wait to hear, " Well done," when you do the right thing.  You can know that God is smiling and saying, "That's my girl."
