Parkdean Holiday advice

- What did you buy?
I wanted to buy 2 lodge accommodations at a Parkdean Resort, I ended up with 3 - When did you buy it?
July 10th, July 14th, and July 29th - Where from? (internet or in-store - it DOES make a difference)
Parkdean Resorts website - How did you pay? (cash/cheque/debit card/credit card etc)
Credit Card - What went wrong?
Their website only allows you to book one form of accommodation at a time, so I wanted two lodges for a family birthday gift.
I booked one lodge it went through fine, got a booking confirmation email
Tried to book another lodge, kept getting a payment method issue, tried two different credit cards, neither worked, so I left it a few days and tried again.
A few days later I tried to book another lodge, the booking went through on their website but I didn't get an email confirmation
Because I didn't get an email confirmation booking number for the 2nd order I emailed their support team to ask if my 2nd booking had gone through, they told me they only had one booking on file for me, and that I would have to book another one, so I did. - What are the vendors telling you?
They initially told me my 2nd booking did not exist, to request a deposit refund via their bacs form on their website (haven't received it)
They told me to book another lodge as I only had one, so I booked the 2nd lodge on the 29th of July.
I got charged for 3 lodges in full on the 21st of August so I've gone back to them to query what is going on, I only wanted two bookings and I've been charged for 3.
Safe to say their replies since then have been generic and they keep forwarding me to their customer relation team who are "very busy so may not respond" my holiday is now just a week away and I have been charged for 3 bookings, when I wanted 2, they will not confirm if I have 3 bookings, I've asked them 3 times and any attempt to get a refund or resolution to the 3 bookings results in "contact the customer relations team"
I've asked for someone to call me, they said someone would call me within 30 minutes, no one did.
I've asked for a manager to call me, got ignored, and told to forward my email to the customer relations team. - What solution or remedy are you looking for? (Companies may Repair / Refund / Replace)
I want a refund of the 3rd booking, but I'm adamant they are simply going to ignore me, take my money, and then claim it was my fault I had 3 bookings and refuse to refund me.
