What order to send in IHT 400 421 and PA1P

Could someone please explain what should be sent in together, is it 400 and all additional schedules and 421 form? When should I send PA1P? I understand they go to seperate addresses. Who should I send original Death Certificate to?
Why don’t they clarify these things clearly and the helpline is often no help! Many thanks.

Iht400 and schedules along with iht421 to HMRC. PA1P to Probate office who need the original Will and death certificate.
The timing seemed a bit confusing in the different guidance sources. One suggests sending the probate form two weeks after the tax forms but I think it says on the probate form itself to send both at the same time (to the different addresses obviously, as you say).1 -
I sent both at the same time - worked fine.1
