Jet2 technical difficulties

Hello,
We were due to fly with Jet2 to the canaries at the end of the month. This has unsurprisingly been cancelled and we were emailed with 2 options: log into our account, click through to accept a voucher, instant voucher. Do this by midnight 13th Sept. Second option - wait for their call if we want a cash refund (which I suspect we wouldn't be entitled to since this booking was made with a voucher from a previous cancellation!)
We are happy to accept vouchers since we know we will travel with them next year.
However, every time I click through to cancel the booking, and to accept a voucher for the return flight also (which at present is still running), I get an error message and get bumped to the home page. Tried clearing cookies, different browser etc., no avail.
Tried to contact on social media, email and phone without luck. My concern was this deadline of 13th Sept - then what? Surely they then can't say we've missed the boat. Am I best just waiting for their call?

They have actively been caling people so I would just wait for that. Dont see why you cant have the cash tbh, its 2 holidays that have now been cancelled.1

I used a voucher for my second attempt but then did nothing on my third cancellation and it was automatically refunded within 10 days. They didn't even ring me, just refunded me anyway. They have been brill and I have never lost a penny.1
