Refund for package holiday

Hiya I booked a package golf holiday for 16 people flying on 21st April 2020  to Portugal  with golf holidays direct. 
Due to covid 19 our holiday did not happen. I have been trying to get our money back nearly £9,000.
They will not answer the phone or emails . I  tried charge back on my credit card but because I was waiting for  company to pay back money (forbearance) charge back said I was out of time 120 days. Please help me

I think they are probably booking as an agent and the actual travel arrangers ATOL.

Do you have an ATOL certificate? If so, who issued it and does it say multi-contract or single-contract?

When your holiday was cancelled what did they say and send you?

Not really enough info to know what your options are.
Were you advised by golf holidays direct that your holiday had been cancelled?   If so, you should either have been offered a rebook or a refund by the travel agents.  You should have received something from them.   Did you book it yourself?   Did you look in your account section on the website?   Many agents posted info there.   Did you pay by credit card (there isn't a time limit on a section 75)?    Did each of you take out insurance cover at the time of booking?
