As of 11.9.2020 all weekly now tv weekly sky sports vouchers NO LONGER WORK as now has removed the weekly sky sports weekly pass. .. so if you have a pre paid voucher bought in good faith and still being sold in many places..now tv have just stolen your money .. customer services are willfully ignorant of this and so its goodbye to now/sky for eternity..i will never trouble you my custom ever,ever again !!!

Don't be so melodramatic when going off on one.  The first mention of the withdrawal of these seems to have been the 7th, not the 11th (see the community forums).  When you buy a Now TV pass offline you're buying them from the retailer, not Now direct.  Take your beef up with them.

Your voucher should still be valid and applicable through your Now TV "my account" area.  If it isn't, jump on Now TV's live chat and they'll sort it out for you, rather than jumping on here with an ill-informed "scam rant".

Having spent a !!!!!! hour of my life "live chatting, with 'Haresha' in customer services last night  I confirm for people that don't work for now tv,s  pr department THAT NOW TV WEEKLY V SPORT PASSES NO  LONGER WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICES REFUSE TO SORT THIS OUT AND I HAVE THE TRANSCRIPT TO PROVE IT !!!!   ILL INFORMED TO THINK NOW TV DON,T STEAL THEIR CUSTOMERS MONEY

Oh here it goes, just because we don't sing from your hymn book you think we work for Now TV.

Anyway you've paid Currys/Argos/whoever for the pass, not Now.  As I say, take it up with the provider.  This is not a Now issue, not in the way you've described it anyway.

the point of my post was the highlight the fact to others who have these vouchers that they are now worthless and as trust is fundamental to any business at any level, and as when that trust is broken, hopefully people will now think twice when purchasing any thing from Now .. incidentally as a statement of fact, Now stated that the valid voucher had been cancelled - which only they could possibly do !

Im using Now TV at the minute, its great, alot of content on there, Blacklist, Condor and Fortitude are just 3 I'm in the process of watching.

Where did you buy the voucher from ?
