Can I ask what my rights are and what else I can do. Since they reopened its been apology after apology, but no sign of my ring. It went in for a new claw Feb. Begining July on reopening they said they had to do all the claws, over double the price. It came back 4 weeks later, but shoddy workmanship, 2 claws weren't even touching the stone. It was returned it 1st Aug. So now into 6 weeks, Customer service apologised, manager apologised, but still no ring. They originally said the repair would be 4 weeks. I have emailed CS and demand to know where it is by Monday.
