Anyone else have to deal with them? We do, daily. In the space of a few months they've had about 3-4 instances compromised e-mail accounts with people using their official mailboxes to send out phishing attempts because their account setup is so insecure.
They never post their data breaches on their website to warn their customers and I'm pretty sure they never report any of them to the ICO which they are required too. It's pointless reporting yourself as you get told by the ICO "Contact the company first", we have, several times and a few months later it will happen all over again.
