2014 Ford Focus Power Steering Failure
Hi All
Just wanted to get some feedback on a power steering failure on a 2014 Ford Focus.
Yep, its a 6 year old car, that was great....till the main power steering motor went whilst driving in France. I'm getting it looked at now, though facing a very costly bill.
A bit of research seems to show this is a common issue with 2010-2015 Ford Focus & C-Max? Just wanted to see if anyone has had a similar experience, advice etc...
Its not like I expect Ford to repair for free, though I didn't expect something this important and expensive to go so soon. It's kinda put me off Fords to be honest.

There's pumps for 2014 focus on eBay for under £100; doesn't seem too bad. More likely the French garage that is expensive.0
