Tonik energy

Just got rid of Tonik energy , used the site to swap . BEWARE . Tonik has very poor customer service , dont answer email or the phone ! . I left because they put up my monthly payment from £60 to over a £100 without any notice and even though i was in credit and just begining the summer ( when i use less energy . i think this is a money making scam so they have your money for a long period . Couldnt discuss with them , dont answer emails or phone so i changed provider   . after swapping they sent me a threatening email for non payment of a final bill - just 2 days after i swapped and even though they had NOT sent me a final bill . Very poor service AVOID . I notice several comparison sites are seeing  same  problems and advise not to use . Anyone else had similar problems and how do i let comparison sites know ?
