Beware Royal Air Moroc

Hi all,

I wanted to make everyone aware of how dodgy Royal Air Moroc are. I took the below screenshot on the 3rd of September, right before booking my flights. The last sentence (Cash refund is also possible but requires more processing time) lead me to believe that if the flights were cancelled, I am entitled to a cash refund. The flights were cancelled this morning, and all telephone customer services for the company deny cash refund is possible, and the only possibility is a refund to gift card to which after 18 months a cash refund is available. The website has since removed this final sentence that I clearly have evidence of below. Illegal? Either way they refuse a cash refund. Thank goodness for credit cards!
