Contacting energy companies by phone
I've had to contact 3 different energy companies over the last few weeks, but trying to do it by phone is impossible! No hold or queues, simply the message that "all of our operators are busy, please hang up and try later". "Later" has the same message! 2 out of the 3 didn't reply to my email/contact form either. Is something (else!) going on I'm not aware of? It wasn't this bad during lockdown!
