Hi I'm new here but would like some advise on our refund. We were forced to take a credit note due to fears of loosing money as we were told if we didnt have the credit note. We many not get the full total cost of the holiday refund due to force majeure. We accepted the credit note but prices are double what we paid and it was to fly to america which isnt safe. Can anyone help we were due to fly april 2020. They sent the credit note but now we have asked for a refund they said they are waiting on the companys to refund them?? Any help I'd appreciate thanks
