I am thinking of booking easyjet flights and Home&Away accommodation seperate for next year.
The Home&Away accommodation is a private villa, which I am assuming is under no obligation to cancel or refund anything even if the FCO warns against travel.
Its a bit confusing as to who is responsible i.e. the owner of the private villa or Home&Away ?
Thanks, Derek

No one is - as you’ve said, if you can’t get there it’s neither party’s problem and they’re under no obligation to refund. Some will or they’ll let you rebook, but they don’t have to do either.Check the T&Cs of both parties.1
