I am thinking of booking easyjet flights and Home&Away accommodation seperate for next year.
The Home&Away accommodation is a private villa, which I am assuming is under no obligation to cancel or refund anything even if the FCO warns against travel.
Its a bit confusing as to who is responsible i.e. the owner of the private villa or Home&Away ?
Thanks, Derek

  • No one is - as you’ve said, if you can’t get there it’s neither party’s problem and they’re under no obligation to refund.

Some will or they’ll let you rebook, but they don’t have to do either.
Check the T&Cs of both parties.
