Heating insurance/cover for underfloor heating

Does anyone know anyone who does heating cover for water-based underfloor heating?
I signed up for the Brit Gas service but when the engineer came in, he says BG will only cover the boiler and nothing else (control etc). When I signed up, I was told by BG that anything accessable above ground is covered which turned out to be untrue.
Anyway I'm looking for a service which include a yearly inspection + cover. I figured that the price I was quoted for a service (about £200) is enough to pay for the cover anyway. Or is the quote too high?
