How long should I have to wait for a refund/credit

I booked a holiday with Inspire Travel in 2019, to go to Venice in March 2020 and then came Covid 19. The type of booking meant that I was able to cancel and I agreed to accept a credit, as I still wanted to go when it was possible. (who knew). Also, before the travel date, the FO advised against travel to Venice so that I could not have gone anyway. Over the months, I have chased them up for the credit note many times and now after 6 months, I still have not received anything. What can I do to put some pressure on them?

Yes, they are based in Stockport, Cheshire.0

No, I paid with some bonus bond vouchers that I received as a long service reward. So, they won't be covered by the credit card legislation.0
