Are you still able to sell your property with a land registry restriction , whilst on an IVA ?

Yes but your IP will be notified and proceed of the sale will need to enter the arrangement.

Provided there are sufficient funds the creditors will be paid in full, the IP will take its fees and charges and statutory interest may be applied.
