Beefeater 50% OFF in September 2020 voucher

Hi everyone, has anyone received this 50% off in September voucher, it was on offer if you used a £15 off code in August. I have E-mailed Beefeater about Non receipt of the voucher at the start of September and only had an auto reply that they would get back to me. Looks like that may be in September 2021?

Hi everyone, Still no reply from Beefeater, tried their help line, auto voice message said that help line was closed and to E-mail only. Phoned local Beefeater restaurant, who said they have had lots of customers complaining, but would honour promise as goodwill. They only require you to bring original £15 voucher code E-mail and till receipt to prove you used this offer. I guess that since they are saying this is goodwill it will not be group wide so you will need to phone up and check. Such bad customer service from Beefeater looks bad on the Whitbread Group owners and may loose loyal customers.

I know nothing about this offer- but was expecting an offer for September as they mentioned it each time I used my Beefeater card in August. In August they were saying that if I ate out with them on a Mon/Tues/Wed and used my card then I would get an offer of 50% off food bill in September- but there were no leaflets and no information available. 

A casual glance online shows nothing about this either.

We got an email with the offer a couple of days ago, which doesn’t give you much time to use it as it runs out at the end of September. Have a feeling that someone has messed up!
