Hi, I have a Canon TS8150 printer and can't get it to print. I press the print it thingy and nothing happens. Sorry not very good with technology. Any ideas please. I think it's a wireless one as it only has a connection to the electricity.

Forgot to say when I right click on anything the print it option doesn't come up.

Hi thanks for the reply, when I turn it on I've got the screen on it which says - copy - scan - print.When I click on print it comes up with Memory card - Cloud - Templates which confuses me even more.0

Have you installed the printer in Windows (assuming you are using windows) ?

I don't use the printer a lot but it's been working up until the last time I used it. I don' t think anything funny has happened since then.Sorry I'm being a bit useless explaining.0

Tap the Windows key on your keyboard and start typing printer ... one of the results that appears should be Printers & scanners - click on it. Is your printer listed here?1

Windows 10 ?? updates might have knocked the driver out or pushed the connection to PDF etc .

When I tap the windows key it just comes up with the menu - the same as when I tap the windows icon in the top righthand corner of the screen.Yes it's Windows 10.0

May I suggest you read all of what I advised? Tap the Windows key and then start typing ...... 🙄0

Hi really sorry, I have now and the printer wasn't there but it is now but still doesn't work.I turned the computer off for a little while but still no good.
