Anyone used a home staging company to try and help sell their property?

  • I used a staging company in the summer. The items used were plain but classy and while I think the purchaser would have purchased it anyway due to quite specific circumstances I am absolutely sure the staging helped drive competition which led me to get 20% over the Home Report price (Scotland).

I would absolutely recommend them, it was great but you are not able to live in the property with the staging furniture there so you need a place to stay.

It cost me around £1000 give or take and was well worth it.

Thank you  - that is good to know!!

Do you happen to know if they cover England (specifically London)?    I  suspect the answer will be no, as they seem to be fairly local from what I can see on the internet.   £1000 is really good value as prices I have seen down this way are a heck of a lot more than that.
